The first day of the rest of my life ...

I know it sounds cheesey but it's true! Today I am 38 and I woke up excited, oddly enough more so than yesterday on my actual birthday!! Why you might wonder? Me too! Well I think it's partly because finally I find myself where I want to be. Living in a wonderful home with a truly wonderful man, finally accepting of what I truly want out of life, of who I am rather than what people expect of me and who people wamt me to be. Here in Low Burnfoot surrounded by the peace and quiet of the country and the elements I can do serve the planet I think better than ever before and hopefully become an even better channel for the light and truth of the Divine. So ... happy birthday to me and whatch this space bewcause the best is yet to come!

Improved but not 100 percent Edwin the intrepid is at it again!

Well here I am bearly a week later off to Sheffield, same route and very probably same snow, off to do my second Inspiration course of the month there! My throats all better but I'm only firing on one clear nostril, with a dry cough (a nice new symptom) and a head ache the size of a small Island! Sign or the times? Winter cold? Too much coffee and chocolate? Who knows and to be honest I'm afraid to ask. Hay ho life goes on and my mood (today) is chipper so lifes not so bad. Still look a little potato heady though don't I?

The Beauty Amidst the Cold!

I know its easy to think of this wretched weather as being nothing more than a huge and rather cold inconvenience but well ... It is beautiful! The bleak skeletal bones of the winter country side swathed in white looks so peaceful and majestic full of harmony and peace. Let's all try to take a moment, just one moment, before we swear and curse and pull on our winter woollies to admire the Divines handy work! For our world is a beautiful place oft over seen!

Mr Potato Head

Here I am full of cold and Lemsip headed off through the wintry wilderness to awaken some ladies in Sheffield to the Inspiration - Reiki of Atlantis system! I'm such a trooper!

Imbolc the return of Spring!

Today is Imbolc or Candlemas a day in the Wiccan and Christian calendar that celebrates the return of Spring! Hard to believe as such an icy chill takes a hold of the our world but none the less true! Maybe this is an indication of just how out of balance we are and as good an indication as any that we should be celebrating the turning seasons and cycles of the year in order to keep them in check and on time. On a day when the ice should be melting and Snow Drops the only white we see the incredible snow that brought London to a stand still seems incredibly out of place. Let's all try a little harder then this year to celebrate and contribute the turning of the year as in the old ways!

A dailymail.co.uk article from Edwin Courtenay

Here's another fabulous article from the Daily Mail ... stick with it as it has a surprisingly positive end message!

Are angels real? With more and more people putting faith in them, LIZ JONES put the claims to the test...

Now, I'm the most sceptical person on the planet: I think meditation is just laziness. People who have therapy should stop being so self-indulgent and help others.
